1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:** 7–15 business days (Free for orders over $50 / or $4.99 flat rate)
Express Shipping (if applicable):** 3–7 business days ($15.00)

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package using the tracking link provided or via third-party tracking portals (such as 17track.net).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[WearDance] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned due to the refusal of customs fees, the original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at [account@weardance] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
